♥ Ingredients:
(2 5x9-inch loaves)

3 cups (360 g) bread flour
1 cup (113 g) whole wheat
6 oz (170 g) fresh baby spinach, washed, drained
¾ - 1 (180 ml~240 ml) cup milk
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
½ tbsp (7 g) active dry yeast
1 egg
½ stick (4 tbsp = 56 g) softened butter
½ tbsp (9 g) salt

♥ Nguyên liệu:
(2 ổ bánh 12 x 23 cm)

3 cups (360 g) bột làm bánh mì
1 cup (113 g) bột mì nguyên cám
6 oz (170 g) rau bó xôi non, rửa sạch, để ráo
¾ - 1 cup (180~240 ml) sữa
2 tbsp (30 ml) mật ong
½ tbsp (7 g) muỗng canh men làm bánh mì active dry yeast
1 trứng
½ thỏi bơ (4 tbsp = 56 g) bơ để mềm
½ tbsp (9 g) muỗng canh muối
